A note from our Chairman Michael Stoop:
“The Agents Giving Ball was an opportunity for the industry to come together for a night of glamour, talent and celebration. We were absolutely delighted to announce the Agents Giving Fundraising Champion Awards, and all the winners should be very proud of what they have achieved for their local charities. We would like to thank our sponsors, supporters, partners and guests for a wonderful evening. Agents Giving wish all our supporters a Merry Christmas as we look forward to an exciting year ahead.”

The 2018 Agents Got Talent Acts

Lauren Harley from Drivers & Norris – Singing
I’m a 29-year-old from Kent living in North London with my fiancé. I work as property manager in the block management department at Drivers and Norris and have done so for the last 5 years. I have a passion for singing and dancing. Received A* in Drama and Dance at school, was going to pursue Drama but studied Law instead. Haven’t performed in public since, 13 years ago.

John Roe from Drivers & Norris – Poet
John Roe, is a poet and seasoned public speaker as well as being a London based surveyor of 48 years standing. He was a prize winner at the Poetry London launch at Piccadilly in 2001 where he delivered the submission in Jamaican patois. More recently, in 2017, Eyewear Publishers of Marylebone, published his first collection of 20 poems under the title of “Surveyor”. The poems are in turn written with a wry smile and sometimes with a little more reflection.

Christian Balshen from Van Mildert & Ishmael Herrera-lee from Prospect Engine – Singer & Guitarist

Siobhan Willis from Andrews Estate Agents – Singer
Siobhan has been working in the letting industry for 13 years! The last 3 years have been spent with Andrews Property Group after relocating from Northampton to Bristol. Singing has always been her hobby since a young age and she can’t wait to perform in aid of charity!

Jamie Nevitt from Purple Bricks – Guitarist
James Nevitt or Jimmy Nevski on the Manchester music scene! When I’m not the best dressed estate agent around, I’m playing the blues at night around Manchester City Centres music scene. I’ve been with Purple Bricks for 14 months and absolutely believe our agency to be the best in the UK. I’m here to prove our agents absolutely rock. Both on and off the field. My biggest dream is and always has been to be a great British guitarist.

Olivia Snow from Hamptons International – Singer
Olivia Snow is our resident entertainer! She is a fantastic singer, specifically in Musical Theatre. Olivia put on a whole Christmas cabaret for the business last year raising money for charity! She would be a fantastic asset to the evening and I have no doubt would wow the audience and judges with her vocals!

Kristjan Byfield from Base – Singer
Kristjan left a career as a professional stage actor to become an estate agent on 2002. In 2004 he opened base property specialists with An Deckers in Shoreditch with the ambition to transform the way properties were let and managed and the experience had by landlords and tenant alike. Recent awards have been an amazing recognition of the work of a small agency with just 5 staff. Kristjan, along with his partner An, are now embarking on a PropTech journey as they launch The Depositary in partnership with TDS looking to help agents digitise their end of tenancy processes and, in the future, regulatory compliance. Kristjan is a passionate advocate of the industry and tries, wherever possible, to battle the negative media portrayal and champion the excellent work and effort done by agents both big and small across the UK property market. This is the first time he will perform in front of anyone since leaving acting- nervous does not come close!
