2016 Agents Giving Fundraising Champions

The third annual Agents Giving Ball, hosted at The Lancaster London Hotel, celebrated the outstanding fundraising efforts of the property industry, which has succeeded in raising over £1m for charities across the country.

Agents Giving’s fundraising champions were also named at the ball and presented their award by the Agents Giving Patron Phil Spencer.



Bassets Estate Agents have organised events including skydives, golf days and an Indian dinner under a marquee at Salisbury Cathedral.  Their passion for local community is amazing, with offices raising funds for local charities The Trussell Trust, The Salisbury Trust, Splash Wiltshire and Alabare with the help of all the team and raised £25k.

Kathryn Hunter of Hawkmoth Estate and Lettings Agents, has organised many events supporting a range of charities including MIND, Cancer research and the Oasis Project and also set up a charity to campaign against teenage self-harming  raising funds along the way for other causes in her local Milton Keynes.

Melissa Green, X1 Lettings – Melissa and the team at X1 have faced their own personal challenges and have been constantly working in their community on new and fun ideas to raise funds.  They are passionate about raising awareness and funds to help their supported Cancer charities.

2014/2015 Agents Giving Fundraising Champions



Paramount, in North London, continue their unending support for local charities and also for Agents Giving. Over the past year they have turned their office in to Santa’s grotto and handed out gifts to local children, they have donated gifts to the children’s ward of their local hospital, they have taken turns cooking at a local homeless centre, they take part in Wrap Up London, an annual coat collection for the homeless, they took part in Agents Giving Day, with an annual office based summer fete, and continue to act as a drop of point for the Brent Food bank.


Luke Jones


Luke Jones of Fresh Start Properties in Bridge End. Luke has undertaken two huge challenges, running the equivalent of 5 marathons in 5 days from Hollyhead to Cardiff] and at the end of August he undertook the 5 Peaks Challenge.



Premier Lettings – Bath. In a scheme to raise money for the school, each child was given a pound to “grow”. 329 children took part and that £329 was grown in to over £5,000! The children held a huge range of activities from pop-up markets, a dog show, a mini football academy, a shoe cleaning business and a guess the name of a teddy bear completion. The average raised per child in the three months was £17, a return on investment that I think we would all be happy with!



Inspired by Managing Director, Peter Grant’s wife, Claire, a brave cancer fighter, VTUK have raised over £40,000 for two cancer charities. They have worn pink, they have taken part in extreme obstacle course, cycled from London to Paris, organised a charity ball and most recently, organised a chilli eating competition. Cleary fundraising has become an important part of what VTUK does and acknowledge that not only does it benefit the charities that they are supporting, but make them a better company and better people.


Avery Team Agents Giving Award

Avery Estate Agents organised a charity ball to raise money for an incubator unit for their local special care baby unit. They raised enough money to buy two – and are still going strong. Event with an ambitious fundraising target, the commitment was so strong that they doubled that target… and aren’t about to stop any time soon!
