The issue of loneliness and isolation is becoming increasingly critical

Naomi Webborn and team at Dawsons Property Services in Swansea are committing to hosting an Orange Day on the 25th of October as part of our Orange October campaign.

Stephanie Booth, Marketing & Branding Manager for Action For Elders Trust comments “Your support means the world to us and to the vulnerable adults in our community. As you may know, the issue of loneliness and isolation is becoming increasingly critical, especially among older adults. With an estimated 2 million older adults expected to experience loneliness by 2026, it’s vital that we take action now. Many of us have loved ones—be it a grandparent, parent, aunt, uncle, or dear friend—who may be suffering in silence, worrying about the rising cost of living and whether they can afford to heat their homes this winter”.

Helping us to fund essential services and resources

“By supporting the Orange October campaign, you are not only raising awareness but also helping us to fund essential services and resources that can make a real difference in the lives of these individuals. Your efforts can provide companionship, support, and hope to those who need it most.

Thank you once again for your generosity and for standing with us during this important campaign. Together, we can create a community where everyone feels valued and connected”.

Agents Giving and the Guild of Property Professionals are delighted to also support such a vital campaign.
