Agents Giving Summer Party Fundraising Champions Awards announce our Headline Sponsor Just Move In. The fantastic event being held at Coombe Abbey Hotel a 12th-century historic hotel set within 500 acres of beautiful Warwickshire countryside.
Nestled amid rolling landscape, Coombe Abbey provides an elegant and tranquil setting for the Agents Giving Summer Party & Fundraising Champions Awards on 3rd July 2026. Combining contemporary luxury with classic English character, the hotel offers a fantastic atmosphere, perfect for an evening of celebration.
The Summer Party will be a dinner dance to celebrate the fundraising achievements of agents and suppliers with The Fundraising Champions Awards in a beautiful garden marquee setting.
Guests will enjoy a sparkling drinks reception overlooking the stunning Coombe Abbey Gardens.
Following the drinks reception will be a three-course sit down meal, raffle, charity auction, and plenty of dancing with music from our Live Band Martin Bell Band. So bring your dancing shoes and your sparkle!

Coombe Abbey Hotel is situated:
From the motorway network: leave the M6 at Junction 2, then follow signs for “M40 / Warwick, Coventry SE” onto the A46 dual carriageway. At the first roundabout, take the second exit right (signposted “Coombe Park”). Then at the next roundabout go left, and at the traffic lights turn left onto B4027. The hotel lies about a mile along that road.

Parking – Guests can park in the main hotel car park (2nd right on the drive) then pay on departure at the car parking kiosk. The cost for parking is £6 per 8 hours & £12 per 24 hrs.

The Agents Giving Summer Party – Fundraising Champions Awards is proud to support YMCA Derbyshire, a charity that has been transforming lives across the region since 1847.
YMCA Derbyshire supports young people and communities through housing, education, health and wellbeing services, and programmes designed to create opportunities and tackle homelessness and social exclusion. A great opportunity to win two tickets for Peter Kay on Friday 7th August 2026. The tickets are allocated in the VIP suite which is located in level three in the arena. The suite holds 24 seats in total. There is a bar in the suite where you can also purchase food and drink from on the night meaning you won’t need to leave the box to get these.
You do have access to the AMEX lounge before and after the show with these tickets as well as fast track entry into the arena.
Tickets are transferred 2/3 days before the event via the AXS app. Your winners will need to download the app beforehand and sign up with their email address. Once the tickets have been transferred to them, they will receive an email to alert them and the E tickets will show in the app as a QR code.
