At Agents Giving, we are continually inspired by the generosity and kindness within our industry, and today we want to shine a spotlight on two incredible supporters – Nigel Favas and Simon Embley – for their extraordinary contribution.
In 2024 and 2025, they have kindly donated a truly unique auction prize – a remarkable sailing experience aboard Nigel’s and Simon’s beautiful yacht, exploring the stunning coast of Majorca.

Back in April 2024, the prize was first won by Nick Lyons of No Letting Go at the Agents Giving Charity Golf Day at Donnington Valley, Newbury.

Most recently, at this summer’s Agents Giving Charity Ball, it was generously secured by Stephen McCarron and his wife, who enjoyed an unforgettable trip.
Both winners have shared their gratitude for such a once-in-a-lifetime experience:
Nick Lyons shared:
“The sailing trip with Nigel was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we stepped aboard his stunning yacht, we were made to feel so welcome and relaxed. Nigel’s passion for sailing shone through, and the time he and Will gave us made the whole experience truly memorable. It was the perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and hospitality – and something I’ll treasure for years to come. I’m hugely grateful to Nigel, Simon, and everyone at Agents Giving for making it possible.”
Stephen McCarron added:
“My wife and I were incredibly fortunate to enjoy an unforgettable sailing experience around the stunning coast of Majorca, thanks to the generosity of Nigel Favas. Nigel selflessly gave his time and expertise to host us aboard his beautiful yacht, making the trip truly special. We were also wonderfully looked after by his nephew, Will, whose enthusiasm and skill added so much to the journey. This amazing experience was made possible through Agents Giving, and I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to David Newnes for inspiring Nigel to offer the trip as part of the auction at this summer’s Agents Giving Ball.”
