The North Pole Roll® Christmas Fayre Brings Community Together and Raises Vital Funds for Local Charities
The North Pole Roll® Christmas Fayre transformed Wells Cole Community Centre in Saham Toney into a festive community hub, bringing together local businesses, volunteers, families and supporters for a day filled with Christmas magic, community spirit and fundraising for 2 fabulous causes:
🎁 Saham Toney Village Hall (Wells Cole) – Registered Charity No. 272488 – supporting the upkeep and improvement of the Wells Cole Community Centre, a vital hub for the local area.
🎗️ East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) – Registered Charity No. 1069284 | Royal Patron: HRH The Princess of Wales – providing specialist care and support for children and young people with life-threatening conditions across East Anglia.
Created to provide an affordable and inclusive festive experience for local families, the event featured a magical Santa’s Grotto, Christmas craft stalls, festive food and drink, family entertainment, raffle prizes and a wide range of activities designed to bring the local community together.
Supported by an incredible network of sponsors, exhibitors and volunteers, the event showcased the power of local collaboration. Businesses from across Norfolk came together to support the initiative, helping to create an experience that exceeded expectations for a first-year event.
The North Pole Roll® was supported by an Agents Giving Community Grant, helping bring the vision to life and enabling organisers to create a memorable experience for hundreds of visitors.
One of the highlights of the day was the opportunity for families to meet Santa Claus and Santa Paws in a specially designed festive grotto, creating lasting memories for children and parents alike.
The event also provided valuable exposure for local businesses, with sponsor recognition, promotional opportunities and community engagement forming a key part of the day’s success.
Most importantly, the event successfully raised £3,132 for local good causes, with proceeds supporting Wells Cole Community Centre and East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH).
The success of the inaugural event demonstrated the strength of community partnerships and highlighted what can be achieved when local businesses, charities and volunteers work together towards a shared goal.
With overwhelming support from visitors, sponsors and volunteers, The North Pole Roll® has established itself as a festive community initiative with the potential to create an even greater impact in the years ahead.

Their support helped create a memorable experience for local families, giving children the opportunity to meet Santa Claus and Santa Paws in a festive setting filled with Christmas magic.

The tree celebrated the incredible generosity of the local businesses, sponsors and community supporters who helped make the Christmas Fayre possible.
From headline sponsors and stallholders to prize donors, volunteers and local residents, every contribution helped create an event that raised funds for Wells Cole Community Centre and East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH).
