At Parkers Properties, community is at the heart of everything they do, and this year, they are proud to be taking on a meaningful challenge to support an incredible cause.
They are raising funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities UK, an organisation that provides free “home away from home” accommodation for families with children undergoing hospital treatment.
Their Houses offer so much more than just a place to stay. They provide vital emotional and practical support, including family activities, peer connections, and a space to rest and recharge. This allows families to remain just moments away from their child’s bedside, while maintaining a sense of normality during incredibly difficult times—reducing both emotional and financial strain.
Each year, over 6,000 families benefit from this invaluable service.
Tour de Parkers: Cycling for a Cause
With this in mind, a determined team from Parkers Estate Agents is gearing up for an ambitious cycling challenge—Tour de Parkers.
Staff from our Witney and Eynsham-based Parkers Properties offices will be taking part on September 10 and 11, riding between all 17 of our branches across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, and Gloucestershire.
Parkers agents will also be joining from beyond Witney and Eynsham, with participants confirmed from Newbury and Reading, and potentially a few more from other offices. We currently have eight confirmed cyclists, with a couple more expected to join.
They will be dusting off our bikes and cycling approximately 200 miles over two days, visiting every Parkers office along the way.
Our goal is to raise £10,000 in support of the Ronald McDonald House in Oxford, a facility that has personally supported some members of our own team.
