Helping Raise Vital Funds for Dixie's Cancer Treatment
On Friday 9th October 2026, Rents of Ipswich is proud to support a charity golf day at Hintlesham Hall Golf Club, bringing together the local community, businesses and supporters to help raise vital funds for Dixie Gerken.
Dixie is the daughter of one of our landlords and a close friend of the Rents team. Having bravely overcome osteosarcoma, Dixie is now facing a second battle with cancer following a diagnosis of secondary lung cancer.
Her family are determined to explore every treatment option available and give Dixie the very best chance of recovery. However, accessing specialist treatment comes with significant financial costs, adding another challenge at an already incredibly difficult time for Dixie and her family.
The Golf Day for Dixie has been organised to bring people together and raise much needed funds towards her ongoing treatment and associated expenses. It is an opportunity for local businesses, property professionals, friends and the wider community to come together, enjoy a fantastic day and, most importantly, make a real difference to Dixie and her family.
