Every Mile Matters: David Beaken Takes on Brighton Marathon for ESTEEM
David Beaken MARLA, Director of Sales, Lettings and New Homes, has begun training for the 2027 Brighton Marathon, raising funds for ESTEEM, a charity he also supports through volunteering.
After completing the 2026 marathon, David found that the experience went far beyond crossing the finish line. The physical and mental wellbeing benefits of training left a lasting impression, inspiring him to take on the challenge again.
This time, his focus is on embracing consistency: putting in the miles, enjoying the process and making steady progress towards a meaningful goal.
A Personal Commitment to Making a Difference
As a volunteer with ESTEEM, David has a personal connection to the charity he is running for. His marathon challenge is another way to give his time and energy to a cause close to his heart.
David has applied for support from the Agents Giving Grant Fund, backed by The Guild of Property Professionals, to help with his fundraising efforts. If awarded, the grant will be paid directly to his JustGiving page.
