Chestertons Coat Drive
Every November Chestertons work with a charity to collect coats for vulnerable Londoners, you can read more information here. Is this something your company would be interested in to participate? Your support would be greatly appreciated.
Since 2014, Chestertons has helped Calling London Coat Drive by opening their 31 London branches throughout November as donation points for unwanted winter coats. The coats collected are sorted then redistributed to over 30 charities. They have gone from collecting 200 in our first year to over 5,000 coats and fleeces in 2020! This year, they aim to continue to increase the coats number collected with your participation and support of Calling London in keeping vulnerable Londoners warm this winter.
Your coats are needed now more than ever
– Host your own collection on-site
– Share the message with staff via internal email/newsletter
– Put up posters in the office building
– Share the post on your social media
– Spread the words to everyone you know
The Coat Drive runs from Monday 1st November to Tuesday 30th November in 31 Chestertons London branches, if you have your own collection on site, this will be collected by us on/by 26th November.
Chestertons will reward a Certificate of Achievement if your organisation collects over 20 coats. Chetertons look forward to hearing from you.
