This winter, we’re asking for your support to help those facing the harshest conditions. Please consider donating warm clothing such as coats, jumpers, and essential hygiene products to local charities, shelters, and hostels.
Every year, there is a critical shortage of warm clothing for people experiencing homelessness, and your contribution can make a real difference.
Agents Giving works alongside agents and industry suppliers to collect and distribute these much-needed items, offering comfort and warmth to those most in need during the coldest months.
Together, we can bring warmth and hope this winter.
We’re teaming up with Only A Pavement Away, who provide an astonishing 250,000 essential items yearly to those who are homeless or staying in hostels. Together, we’re making a real difference!

We are looking for donations of the following items:

- Scarves

- Toiletries – new, small deodorants, anti-perspirants, small shower gels

Only a Pavement Away
In 2018 Only A Pavement Away was founded as a charity whose purpose was to help the homeless, rough sleepers, ex-offenders and VETs find work in the hospitality industry.
There are many reasons why people are forced into homelessness such as lack of affordable housing, losing a job, mental health, leaving prison or the armed forces with no home to go to or escaping an abusive relationship.
There are many thousands of people facing or experiencing homelessness across the country today. Being ‘homeless’ can take many forms such as rough sleeping, people living in sheds, garages and other unconventional buildings, sofa surfing, hostels and unsuitable temporary accommodation such as B&Bs.
Chestertons Winter Coat Drive 20th October - 22nd November 2025

Chestertons are proud to support charity Calling London in a mission to keep London’s homeless and most vulnerable warm throughout the winter.
From the 20th October until 22nd November 2025, all of their London branches became donation points for members of the public to drop off warm winter coats and jackets. Local schools, businesses and community groups all got involved, and Chestertons employees ran their own collections from family, friends and neighbours.
“The impact of the cost of living crisis means the demand for winter coats is likely to be higher than ever, with many more families facing financial difficulties – so your kind donations are needed now more than ever.”
Since partnering with Calling London in 2013, Chestertons has collected more and more coats every year, starting with 200 in our first year and growing to an incredible 5,000 in 2023. This winter they are hoping to collect even more coats as the demand is so much higher.
Who is Calling London
Established in 2010 by Frances Manthos, Calling London collects winter coats and jackets and then distributes them to over 30 charitable organisations – helping the homeless, victims of domestic abuse, those living in poverty, the elderly, refugees and children.
Where can I drop off my donations?
Please drop your donations off at any of our London branches by Sunday 22nd November 2025. You can find all of their London addresses here.
Don’t live or work near one of our branches? Some of our staff are conducting local collections in Bromley, Leicestershire, Kent and other areas – email us for more information.
What winter clothing items are needed?
- Coats of all styles
- Ski jackets
- Gilets
- Fleeces
They can only accept warm winter coats and jackets as detailed above.
I don’t have a coat to donate, is there another way I can help?
Yes – there are many ways you can support the coat drive. Take a look below:
Consider collecting coats to drop off to us: if your place of work, child’s school or college, or local church can run a collection, you are welcome to then drop these donations off at any Chestertons branch for them to be distributed to local charities.
