This October, the UK property industry is getting on its bikes for The Great British Property Cycle 2026, a nationwide cycling challenge organised by Agents Giving, with RentGuarantor proudly supporting the event as Headline Sponsor.
Throughout October, estate agents, letting agents, suppliers and property professionals across the UK are invited to cycle in support of the British Heart Foundation and Heartbeat Trust UK, raising vital funds and awareness while bringing our industry together for two incredibly important causes.
Our goal is to get 1,000 riders taking part across the country.
Whether you cycle 10 yards, 10 miles, 100 miles or considerably further, every mile counts.
The Great British Property Cycle
Your challenge. Your distance. Your way.
You don’t need to be an experienced cyclist to take part.
Cycle on the road, tackle the trails, use a static bike at the gym, organise an office cycling challenge or get a group of colleagues, friends and family together for your own local ride.
You can take part individually, as a team or as a whole business. Simply choose a challenge that works for you and get pedalling!
Running throughout October and supporting “Restart a Heart Day” on 16 October 2026, The Great British Property Cycle aims to help:
- raise funds for life-saving heart research
- support the provision of publicly accessible defibrillators
- increase awareness of CPR and cardiac emergencies
- give more people the confidence and equipment to act when every second counts
Together, we want to show just how much the UK property industry can achieve when we unite behind a shared cause.

We’re not just counting the miles you cycle. We’re also turning every donation into part of a virtual journey around the UK coastline.
For every £10 raised, we’ll move one mile further around our virtual route.
So, as riders across the country clock up their own cycling miles, we’ll be watching our fundraising journey travel around Britain too.

How to set up your Just Giving Fundraising Page
Creating your own JustGiving fundraising page means your donations will automatically be linked to the main Agents Giving campaign, allowing us to keep track of the fantastic total raised by everyone taking part.
How to create your page
- Click the Start Fundraising button on the JustGiving campaign page.
- When asked if you are fundraising in memory of someone, select No.
- When asked if you are taking part in an activity, select I’m doing my own activity.
- Add your activity as Cycling, together with details of your challenge and event date.
- Choose your fundraising target.
- Personalise your page with your own story and tell people why you’re taking part.
- Add a cover photo, perhaps you, your team or your trusty bike!
- Launch your page and you’ll receive your own fundraising link to share.
- Ask colleagues, clients, friends and family to support you.
- Keep everyone updated throughout October with photos, mileage and progress from your challenge.
