Chris Trott, Director of Coast and Country Real Estate, and his team recently hosted one of several events planned for this year in support of local causes. Chris explains: “The Worthing District Estate Agents Association (WDEAA) was established 77 years ago and has been supporting estate agents and other property professionals ever since. Our members are made up of local independent agents, and we aim to host two to three events each year. These include social gatherings, educational activities, and anything we feel can help strengthen and improve the property industry within our community. We also use our social events as an opportunity to raise funds for charity.”
This year, the association organised its first ever WDEAA Golf Tournament, selecting Guild Care as the charity partner. The event was a tremendous success, raising vital funds and receiving enthusiastic support from attendees. The team has already confirmed the tournament’s return for next year.
In addition, the WDEAA held its annual dinner on 22nd November, once again raising funds for Guild Care, who were delighted with the outcome. These events reflect the association’s continued commitment to supporting local charities while bringing together professionals across the property sector.
