Holly Westerly & team at James Gesner Properties hosted the Footsteps and Children with Cancer UK 5th Annual Golf Day at Hadden Hill in Didcot Oxfordshire, Friday 20th September. The course is in fantastic condition and the weather could not of been better. The course had been full to the brim with 152 golfers in groups of four all competing for the Footsteps trophy. Matthew Aplin a head green keeper from a nearby course won the day on 40 points. The evening went very well with the popular raffle offering prizes which had been donated by local companies followed by the very successful charity auction. There had been a hog roast, magician and disco as entertainment following on from the ever popular Jeremy Dale on the 1st tee doing his trick shot show, has been featured on golf courses all over the world.
The Agents Giving grant fund exists to help towards the setup costs of agent’s fundraising events, therefore maximising fundraising
so more of the money you raise goes directly to your chosen charity.

Information about the grant fund:
The grant is for agents and suppliers to the industry to help with their event set up costs. Grants of up to £250 per office per year can be provided and you will need to supply a write up of your event along with an image to help Agents Giving promote your event oral social media platforms and website. Applicants will be given the Agents Giving logo to use in their marketing and PR. It is so simple to apply. Terms and conditions apply.
There are many ways to get involved with Agents Giving from organising your own fundraising event to coming to one of ours.
You can organise an event and raise money for Agents Giving, just as many of our supporters do, from cycle rides, to canoeing coast to coast to a Soapbox Challenge event. Come to one of our events, and you’ll have a great time with industry colleagues and at the same time raise money for many amazing charities and wonderful causes across the UK.
In 2018, together with all our supporters, we donated to over 80 charities. In 2019 we want to beat that, so get in touch and add your charity to the list. All agents that work with us can display our logo on their website and marketing collateral. We will also send you window stickers for you to display to show your community that you are part of the Agents Giving network.
