Jodi Ingamells of Pygott & Crone, Spalding is taking on the annual City of Lincoln 10k on 30th October 2022 which is one of Lincolnshires most popular charity road run events and sees thousands participate each year.
With a route that goes past Lincolns most beautiful landmarks and with huge crowds to cheer you on, its a must-do for any running enthusiast!
Jodi comments “Although none of my family members have needed the important service of St Barnabas to date, I have seen huge benefits of the work they do through friends and how the care they offer means creating a support network for these families . No one ever knows what the future holds and so with the impact the current climate has had on charities, I think it is so important to do what you can and play your part if you can in making even the smallest contribution, especially when someone is needing that vital care at the end of there life. That’s why I am running the Lincoln 10km”.
St Barnabas Hospice is a local independent charity and every year they support more than 10,500 people across Lincolnshire affected by a life-limiting or terminal illness.
St Barnabas deliver free, high quality, compassionate end-of-life care and support to patients, their families and carers. St Barnabas aim to enable them to live as fully as they are able for however many days, weeks, or months they have left.
