Vanessa Foot of Leaders Romans Group is in celebration of Gender Equality in their Business and their recognition of the continuing work that is needed in Business globally they will be holding an event covering the subject of Imposter Syndrome.
Imposter Syndrome can act as a major obstacle to career progression, especially for women, not to mention the negative effects on the economy as a whole. Imposter syndrome refers to the tendency of some people to doubt the validity of their success — to somehow believe they don’t deserve opportunities, advancements or accolades. Leaders Roman will be raising funds for the Young Women’s Trust, whose mission is to give economic power to young women for firing their imaginations and aspirations and raising their voices to rebuild workplaces free from discrimination and inequality.
