Ben Sellers of Starberry is helping to lead an inspiring initiative that brings together sport, community, and charity. This year, Ben is playing a key role in organising the Breast Cancer Now Ice Hockey Team at the UK Charity All Stars event an annual gathering that unites ice hockey players and fans from across the country for a powerful cause.
Ben is playing a key role raising awareness for this cause and activity and another industry figure Richard Combellack who has also been raising awareness and funds for Breast cancer is also playing in the match.
Following a record-breaking year of fundraising, the team is returning with even greater ambition. Over the coming months, players and supporters will be raising vital funds for Breast Cancer Now, building momentum towards a highlight weekend taking place from 24th–26th July 2026.
The event is far more than just a series of matches. It’s a unique and uplifting experience where participants come together to make lasting friendships, share personal stories, support one another, and collectively raise significant funds for charities that make a real difference in people’s lives.
To date, the UK Charity All Stars event has raised over £40,000 for eight charities, with nearly £10,000 contributed by the Breast Cancer Now team alone. This year, the goal is to go even further helping to fund essential research and support services provided by Breast Cancer Now.
With a growing online presence of over 9,000 followers across social media, the event continues to expand its reach and impact, bringing together a passionate community dedicated to making a difference.
As anticipation builds for this summer’s event, Ben and the team are calling on supporters to get involved, spread the word, and help raise as much as possible for this vital cause.
