Founder Stephen J Brown of Stephen J Brown Consultancy Ltd is no stranger to fundraising for his local community. Stephen supports education throughout the UK with Computer For Schools plus a great supporter of Markers For Mindfulness donating stationary to schools who have lost out through budget cuts.
On 1st August 2023 Stephen along with the Barnet walking football team, who are great supporters and fundraisers for their local food bank will be playing a walking football match in aid of the Colingdale and Stonegrove Trussell Trust.
Stephen comments “Our aim is to play our weekly Tuesday football match and fundraise to purchase biscuits. This had been one of the items highlighted by the food bank as a much needed essential item for families”.
Agents Giving and The Guild of Property Professionals are delighted to support with a grant to families in food crisis.

How do food banks work?
Their network of more than 1,300 food bank centres in the UK provide a minimum of three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food to people who have been referred, as well as support and advice to help people maximise their incomes and lift themselves out of poverty.
We recognise that ending hunger is about more than food. We support and encourage our food banks to provide compassionate, practical support to people in crisis to tackle the root causes that lock people into poverty and build people’s resilience so they are less likely to need a food bank in the future.
