The Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdowns have affected so many people and subsequently the mental health of many has suffered.
Lettings Manager, Matt Blackman, wanted to take part in Tough Mudder and Spartan on 10th October 2021 and he thought why not support a charity along the way.
A few days later, over ten members of staff at Waterfords wanted to join him in his quest for improving fitness and helping a mental health charity.
They chose to support Mental Health UK as one of the lesser know mental health charities who do amazing work directly supporting those affected. Mental Health UK supports people affected by mental health problems including friends, family and carers. Working across the UK, they bring together experts from four national mental health charities to improve understanding and provide vital care.
