Lauren Bormanis and team of Your Move Kirkby in Ashfield hosted an Autism Awareness Fun Day on 2nd April 2025 on National Autism Awareness Day.
Lauren comments “We would be REALLY GRATEFUL if you could donate for this great cause. We as a team are also walking 5k on the 13th of April as well to raise further awareness in aid of the National Autistic Society.
This is something really close to the hearts of the staff in Kirkby with some of the team having children with Autism and Keeleyann, our fantastic sale negotiator, who herself is Autistic with daily struggles to regulate herself.
This has been a huge learning curve for us in the office to adapt how we train and coach to create an enjoyable, thriving and supporting environment to work in.
We are really proud of her journey so far at Your Move”.

Their Sales Negotiator Keeleyann, has autism and is a fantastic example of what can be achieved with the right support and environment. The team at Your Move fully understand and embrace the challenges and additional support needed in relation to the upheaval of moving house for people with autism.
