Goodbye to a great Regional Ambassador and friend of Agents Giving 7 Sep 2020
“On behalf of Agents Giving, we are all absolutely devastated to hear the incredibly sad news of Ian Westerling’s untimely death. Ian was a very active and popular Ambassador for Agents Giving. He will be sorely missed and our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.”
Michael Stoop, Chairman

A tribute from Ian's wife, Catherine,
A week ago today my best friend, my idol and my hero collapsed at home. He never woke up.
The shock has been profound, but the love we shared is a rare and special gift that I shall forever feel blessed to have found.
He was my whole world, and it was my absolute privilege to love him and be loved by him. Never did a day pass without him telling me, and showing me, how he felt and I am honoured to have shared my life and my heart with him.
Sleep tight my darling, beautiful better half. I will love, honour and cherish you always and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for every moment and every memory. You were my everything.

Ian was a Regional Ambassador for Agents Giving
Ian’s write-up:
32 years in the property industry. I started as junior negotiator in 1987 and worked my way through the ranks to be an Associate Director with Raffety Buckland, running a region with Sequence, and then 5 years with Hamptons before time with Strutts and then seven years with Chesterton Humberts. Now helping ActivePipe and working on 2-3 NED opportunities across the UK as well as being the VP for NAEA Propertymark.
Raising £5,000 for Ian's Charities
Ian cared. A lot. About everybody. Charitable giving was important to him and he supported a large number of very worthy causes, both publicly and privately. We hope to help them all now, on his behalf, one last time.
