Helping Hand of Murray Lee MD of Dreamview Estates 1 May 2020
The Dreamview Way
Estate Agency veteran Murray Lee, MD of Dreamview Estates has been busy during lockdown making sure he is putting his time to good use. In fact he has never been so busy!
Murray is no stranger to volunteering and hosts a fortnightly slot on his local Watford General Hospital Radio on Friday evenings from 8-10pm, something which the patients throughly enjoy.

At the current time they can’t have access to the studios so Murray has set up from home playing live via Periscope. Murray has found his volunteering in his local community rewarding and exhilarating and has provided real purpose to an otherwise less than structured day.
Easter Egg Delivery

Murray started with the idea to deliver Easter Eggs for children and grandchildren over the bank holiday weekend for families who were unable to get out to purchase Easter Eggs due to self isolation.
Murray comments; “The fundraising started as a bit of fun, I would leave the eggs on the doorstep, ring the bell, stay by the car and say “I’m the Easter Murray”. I have been truely overwhelmed by the response and thanks recieved for the deliveries”.
VE Day Egg Donations
Murray has also managed to secure additional trolly loads of donated Easter Eggs from M&S to make further deliveries to celebrate VE Day.

Murray is planing to source more Easter Eggs to sell for donations for the NHS Charities Together over the May Bank Holiday.
GoodSam First Responder
Murray has also been involved with a London group as a first responder for a service that offers to deliver food and other essential items to hospitals in and around London for NHS staff who are struggling to find the time and energy to go shopping themselves.

Murray was accepted by Communities1st to volunteer and has just begun shopping and delivering to those who are vulnerable in his local community. This also includes running errands for locals.
You Donate We Deliver
Murray is a driver on the team of You Donate We Deliver feeding the NHS scheme. It was set up on Facebook to provide meals to frontline NHS workers.

These donations of food have proved to be a lifeline to the NHS heroes who receive them.

Thousands of meals are delivered weekly by all the volunteers who make this happen. Murray also helped the team re-locate to temporary storage premises after their previous facility was broken into.

The volunteers have been busy collecting food made by others around Borehamwood and Mill Hill and included treats for the NHS frontline workers at Bedford Hospital and Luton Hospital ICU Department, including tray cakes, cupcakes, muffins, protein snacks and other sweet treats.

Keep up the great Acts of Kindness Murray you are a superstar in your local community with all that you do.

Dreamview Branded Facemasks
Murray and the team are also trialling branded facemarks to giveaway to NHS key workers. Murray also auctioned off a handmade rainbow scarf on his website which raised £20.
