Michael Stephen Day MBA FRICS FNAEA FARLA is no stranger to raising funds for charity, through 2025 Michael  raised funds for Diabetes UK.  Michael a renowned property industry figure has written and recorded a Christmas single, with all proceeds going to Diabetes UK and The Propertymark Trust.

The song, which is titled Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, is now supported by an AI animated video and can be viewed and listened to for free or downloaded for a minimum donation of £2.

Michael hopes that on the basis of supporting these two charities people will donate a higher amount.
