Lisa aged 33 was dealt a terrible blow
Managing Director Ryan Oliver of Move South Ltd will be taking on many fundraising events and challenges in aid of his great friend Lisa Huck.
Ryan comments “On the 1st June 2023, Lisa Huck aged just 33 was dealt a cruel blow after receiving questionable care at a local hospital she was devastatingly left paralysed for life with multiple other long-term health issues.
Despite suffering excruciating pain and having completely lost all feeling and control of her legs, she waited 6hrs for an ambulance and was then held at A&E for 18hrs before they finally took action, by which time, it was too late”.
Lisa is being moved to a spinal unit 100 miles away
This has been a desperately sad time for Lisa and her family, especially given that she has three wonderful children who’s worlds have been blown apart. Lisa will be moved to a specialist spinal unit 100 miles away from home and will remain there for several months, at least.
Ryan and the Huck family are raising money to help towards Lisa’s long term recovery.
